What you’ll find in THE CLUB:

  • Movement

    Movement is medicine! In The Pelvic Health Club, you’ll get short doses of movement to help strengthen your core + pelvic floor, improve your mobility, stretch your tight muscles and more.

    No more scrolling Instagram or YouTube looking for a workout you can do - you’ll find what your pelvic floor needs in The Club.

  • Nutrition

    A key part of your pelvic health journey has to do with your bowel movements - what goes in must come out!

    In The Club, you’ll find simple, delicious, and fibre-filled recipes to help you have great poops! And, you’ll learn why what’s coming out the back door influences all of your pelvic floor symptoms like leaks, urgency, pelvic pain and more.

  • Community

    Community is such a huge part of The Club! Monthly community challenges are a fun way to improve your pelvic health and have your Club friends cheer you on! You’ll also have the chance to win fun prizes every month for completing the challenge!

    Plus, where else can you celebrate wins like that first sneeze where you don’t leak, your first week-long walking streak, or your first great poop?

  • Education

    Short videos will teach you whatever you want to know about your pelvic health - delivered in easy-to-understand language and using props and pictures to help you “get it”. Delivered by a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist - though you’ll feel like you’re listening to a friend.

  • Stress Management

    Did you know that much like your jaw, your pelvic floor is a place where your body holds stress + tension? Learning ways to reduce stress in your life, strategies + techniques to change where you hold stress in your body, and focusing on breathwork and mindfulness will help address stress AND keep your pelvic floor happy.

  • Expert Advice

    Every month, you’ll have the chance to join a live video call with Aliya Dhalla, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. On the call, you’ll be able to ask all your questions about your bladder, bowel, and sexual health. You’ll also get the chance to meet others in The Club and benefit from hearing their experiences + questions!

Meet Aliya

Aliya is a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and the Founder of Box Wellness Co. + The Pelvic Health Club.

“The Club” is Aliya’s way of sharing all of the information, tips, and tricks she has learned over her 13+ years as a physiotherapist and the last 8 years living with + managing her own pelvic floor dysfunction. It’s her mission to teach everyone how to have the healthiest + happiest pelvic floor.

In The Club, you’ll have lots of access to Aliya through the Community Discussions, Monthly Challenges, and Monthly Live Calls.
