About Pam Sethi:
Pam leads a part-time mental wellness practice called Delphia Wellness and is a regulated clinician RN, and Psychotherapist.  She is a former healthcare executive working with new technologies and services. But, her current practice is focused on therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, resiliency/coping skills and somatic/body works. She takes a trauma stress informed approach and her work is guided by the Trauma Research Foundation.
