Episode 85: Why You Should Breathe Into Your Bum For An Easier Poop

In Episode 85 of the Not Your Mother's Pelvic Floor Podcast, Aliya shares her million dollar tip for having easier poops. She explains why mastering this particular breathing strategy of "breathing into your butthole" is key to bowel movements that are gentle and kind to your pelvic floor, particularly important if you have hemorrhoids, anal fissures, are pregnant or postpartum. She also says the word butthole way too many times in less than 10 minutes, so consider yourself warned.
