Episode 24: What The Vagina Whisperer Calls Her Vagina with Dr. Sara Reardon

In this episode, Aliya chats with THE pelvic health icon, "The Vagina Whisperer" herself, Dr. Sara Reardon. They have a really casual conversation all about:

  • whether Sara would want her mother's pelvic floor

  • what getting her period and braces have in common

  • how she became "The Vagina Whisperer"

  • the challenges of being a working mom

  • what life is like for her two sons having a pelvic floor physical therapist as a mom

plus:

  • what Sara *really* calls her privates

This was such a fun conversation! I hope you enjoy it :)
